Services
Check In & Check Out: Check in : 3:00 PM Check out: 11:00 AM No check in's after 6 p.m. unless otherwise scheduled with the owner. Key pickups are made in Galax, Va. Rates: Average regular rate for 2 people is $120 per night, plus 10% tax, with a two night minimum. For 4 people, $140, plus 10% tax. Payment: A $200 deposit is due at the time of booking through Pay Pal.If you book three weeks earlier than arrival date, a check can be sent for the deposit. When you arrive, this deposit turns into a security deposit. The purpose of the deposit is to hold the room and to have funds available if the cabin is left unclean or damaged in anyway. The rental amount can now be paid via Pay Pal and put on your credit card the day before arrival or cash or travelers check can be paid for upon arrival. The cabin is inspected after your departure and if not problems are found,your deposit is mailed back to you within three days of departure.You do not need a Pay Pay Account. A Pay Pal Bill will be sent to you when you make reservation. You will also be told about what the full rental amount is. FAILURE TO ABIDE BY POLICIES WILL RESULT IN NO REFUND ON DAMAGE DEPOSIT AND EVICTION FROM PROPERTY WITHOUT REFUND. This deposit is security against damage. The vacation home will be inspected after each tenant's departure. If there are no problems, the damage deposit will be returned in full BY CHECK within 3 days of departure date. If there are problems, you will be sent a letter explaining them and the costs for resolving them. These costs, which will be deducted from the damage deposit, may include, but are not limited to, charges for repairs, concealed pets, exceeding maximum occupancy, in cabin smoking, etc. Guests damage deposits are not refunded at check out UNLESS THE PROPERTY IS INSPECTED AT THE TIME OF DEPARTURE. POLICIES: Guests: Only registered guest are allowed on the premises. The Cabin is rented to those 25 and older. No parties are allowed in the cabin. Pets: No pets are allowed on the premises. Sorry, there are no exceptions. Smoking: No Smoking in the Cabin. Please do not throw cigarette butts on ground. Please dispose of them properly. We ask that you keep the doors to cabins closed in order to avoid smoke going inside the cabin. Cancellation Policy: $200 Deposit, less $20 will be refunded if cancellation occurs at least two weeks prior to arrival date. After that, the deposit can be used for another future visit. Towels and Linens: Towels and linens are provided for your entire stay. Please place all dirty linens in bathrooms upon departure and leave beds unmade. |

Trash: Please leave bagged trash in outside metal can provided. Please secure top.PLEASE DO NOT THROW SCRAP FOOD OVER THE PORCH INTO THE GRASS. This invites unwanted animals around the cabins Charcoal Grill : Tenant is responsible for cleaning the grill after each use and before departure. Dishes: Dishes, pots, pans and eating utensils are provided. Please wash all that are used upon departure and empty dishwasher.
